Goan King Prawn Balchao
A fiery, tangy, sweet-sour pickled preparation with its origins in Goa. Deveined, fresh water king prawns are first stir-fried and then added to a onion-garlic based red chili-vinegar sauce to create a dish that makes your taste buds tingle and leaves you asking for more. Balchão is usually served with hot, plain boiled rice or plain parathas.
